Behind the Cakes
Ever since I was young I have loved baking. I enjoyed experimenting with new recipes and making treats for friends and family. After completing my Bachelor's Degree at UBC, I decided that I could turn my passion for baking into a career and enrolled in the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia. Upon graduation, I was fortunate enough to work at the luxurious Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Alberta. I then went on to gain experience at the River Rock Casino & Resort, Beta 5 Chocolates, and Wedgewood Hotel. Most recently I was a part of the opening team for the pastry kitchen at Parq Vancouver. This diverse experience has enabled me to work with a wide range of chefs and dessert types which will allow me to add a unique touch to all of the desserts I have to offer.
I am located in Delta, British Columbia, and all desserts are available for pickup from my location. Delivery is also available for an additional charge in the Greater Vancouver area.
