Pricing
Starting Prices
4" cake (4-5 servings): $55+
6" cake (14 servings): $75+
8" cake (20-25 servings): $100+
Standard cakes are about 4-5" tall. Tall and double barreled cakes are available on request.
Tiered cakes: Depending on your guest count and design, tiered cakes start at about $5/serving. Contact me for a quote.
Cake Care
Pick up
Always hold your cake with two hands under the cake. Do not pick it up or hold it from the sides. Keep the cake level.
Transport
When transporting the cake, place it on the floor of the passenger seat. If you are placing it in the trunk, make sure you have items around to keep it from sliding around. Avoid sudden braking or sharp turns. Turn on the AC in the summer, and don't have heat blowing on it.
Storage
Store your cake in the fridge. You can remove it from the box if needed, but avoid storing any strong smelling foods nearby as the cake may pick up these flavours.
Serving
Be sure to take it out at least half an hour before serving to let it come to room temperature. Remember there may be dowels, toothpicks, straws, or other supports in the cake. Please remove these before serving.
Final Notes
Be gentle with your cake! Once the cake has been picked up it is your responsibility to keep it safe. Enjoy!
While I offer some gluten and nut-free options, I do work with both flour and various nuts in my kitchen so I cannot promise your items are 100% gluten or nut-free.
